Before the Parenthesis is a visual narrative project, which aims to tell a story with appropriate mediums. The project is based on a single story and the whole project aims to tell this story with a combination of different mediums. Various artwork will form an unified narrative in the exhibition. Underlying theme of the story is about religion and human beings and how easy it is to lose humanity when the circumstances change. The reason I want to tell a story is to conveymy own points of view with the context.
For this project , I built a visual narrative by combining various disciplines such as illustration, graphic novel, graffiti and stop-motion. I believe every medium has its
own language which can be turned into an advantage when it comes to telling a unified story.
